Holy, Tenacious Calculus

What a day I had yesterday. Both of my patients were Class III/II. And I can not believe how hard it was to remove. I had to get out my files out and really work it! I was so tired by the time clinic was over. I had to keep stopping and flexing my hand. I could feel it on there, but I just had no more strength to get it off. I really feel like I learned a lot about being able to feel for the residual calculus and use my instruments for my benefit. I even had to resharpen during the appt. to help get a nice edge back on my instruments. I also feel more comfortable with my ultrasonic. Prof. Alexander helped me to fulcrum extra orally to better access the line angles and interproximal.

What a day!!
