Two Patients in one Session

This morning I was able to get through two 1As! It was a little crazy, but with the help of Lindy, I was able to push through. She took some x-rays for me so that I could get going. It went well but it is frustrating to get marked down for time utilization when I have to wait for checks and for x-ray rooms. But now that I have been able to do it once, I think I feel a little more confident to schedule it that way again. So hopefully I can double up on some days to help make up for this afternoon (My patient did not come!). I am looking forward to going to the VA this week. It makes for a long week, but I feel like I learn a lot when I am there. I hope it goes well. I will have to write agian about how it went.

I really feel like going over our instruments in class the other day really helped me to get a refresher on how to use some of them. I hate when I have these instruments just lying around and I am not using them. Then when I do remember, it makes my life so much easier and I am getting use out of my money!!
