Disclosing!

I thought that today was very interesting. It was interesting to see the areas in my mouth that I am missing when I brush. I feel that I brush very well, but aparently not. It was nice to be able to discuss with Kristin different methods that I can try to get those areas a little better. I even brushed right before we did it and there was still more plaque than I feel that there should have been. I was able to pass off two PEs but only because they were both DUE! So I need to work a little harder to catch up on those! I still feel really uncomfortable with exploring. I need to just not be afriad basically. I need to roll my instrument more. I feel like I know what I need to do, but actually doing it is a different story. So I guess I just need to practice, practice, practice.
